Privacy is very important at Noosa Raw. We take your right to privacy seriously.

How you may provide us your personal information using our website

You may provide your personal details through our email subscription or form option, booking system or through our linked sales pages. 

We may also correspond with you via email ahead of the event and we may exchange personal details, medical/health information and risk waivers. These are stored on a secure drive and will never be shared outside of the organisation, except where legally required.

Regardless of the way you book we will keep your personal details safe and will never sell your information to any third party. On coaching, retreats and events we create a confidential agreement for all attendees.

Why we collect personal information

We collect personal information to enable us to deliver you safe and effective coaching, events, retreats and programs. 

We are required to understand your fitness (health) to assess if it is safe for you to participate in certain activities. 

We also personally tailor Noosa Raw experiences to individual guest or teams based on data & information and thus collect personal information for these purposes too.

Principles

Our principles are based on respect for our clients and guests and information we collect is treated with great sensitivity and care. 

We protect our clients information and will never sell or share their personal information to a third party.

 

Booking terms

All of our products and offerings are high quality and high value offerings, we take a lot of care to personalise your experience to deliver something quite special, specifically for you. 

For that reason it is challenging to resell your purchase to another individual if you decide later that you cannot attend an event. Generally, all bookings are final, however as each circumstance is different, we encourage you to call us to discuss an alternative outcome which may work for both the guest and the business. We try to be flexible and meet our clients need’s in any way that we practically can.

For team building events:

A 90% refund will be given if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, as long as it is more than a month from the event date. 

A 50% refund will be given if you cancel more than a month from the event date, unless specialised consulting & event design has been completed for your team, where the cost for consulting hours to develop your event will be subtracted from the 50% refund.

No refund will be given for cancellations within a month of the event date.

For coaching sessions and private adventures:

You are able to reschedule for free via the online system as long as you reschedule more than 72 hours (3 business days) in advance. If you need to reschedule within 72 hours you will forfeit your session, unless otherwise agreed & only considered under special circumstances. 

A 90% refund will be given if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, as long as it is more than a month from the session date. 

A 50% refund will be given if you cancel more than a month from the session date.

No refund will be given for cancellations within a month of the session date.

For private/corporate hire of retreat premises:

All bookings are final once confirmed. A bond and ID documentation must be provided to confirm your booking. A 70% refund will be provided if you cancel more than a month ahead of your booking date. No refund will be provided if you cancel within a month of your booking date. 

For tailored retreats in Noosa:

A 90% refund will be given if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, as long as it is more than a month from the retreat date. 

A 50% refund will be given if you cancel more than a month from the retreat date.

No refund will be given for cancellations within a month of the retreat date.

For multi day adventures outside of Noosa:

A 90% refund will be given if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, as long as it is more than two months from the event date. 

A 50% refund will be given if you cancel more than two months from the event date.

No refund will be given for cancellations within two months of the event date, however for adventure retreats we allow for tickets to be transferred to another person for a $300 additional charge (as long as they are sufficiently fit & physically capable – at Noosa Raw’s discretion) and as long as they are transferred more than a month from the event date.
